Who am I
I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy from Poland and have completed a four-year education in osteopathic studies in Warsaw in 2025.
I currently work in Norway as a massage therapist, supporting people experiencing tension, chronic pain, stress, or digestive issues. I also run educational workshops.
In Poland, I worked as a physiotherapist with a wide range of clients – from those experiencing muscular tension and chronic back or neck pain, to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and neurological conditions.
My practice included working with tension-related headaches, postural imbalances, and discomfort rooted in the abdominal area and digestive system.
This broad experience has given me a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and internal imbalances can manifest in the body – whether as pain, stiffness, or recurring dysfunction. It also shaped my integrative approach, where every session is tailored not just to relieve symptoms, but to address the deeper patterns behind them.
